These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions conducted on the online store onysse.com. Any order placed on this site implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

1. PURPOSE

The site onysse.com offers products and  accessories for sale. These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of these products.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). They do not include shipping fees, which are indicated before final order confirmation.

  • Modification: Onysse reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be charged at the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

  • Payment: Payment is made through secure methods offered on Shopify (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

3. ORDER AND CONFIRMATION

The customer confirms their order by clicking the "Pay Now" button after accepting these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent immediately to contact@onysse.com or the address provided by the customer.

4. DELIVERY AND TIMEFRAMES

We deliver to Germany and internationally. Delivery times include processing and shipping:

  • UK: 3 to 10 business days.

  • International: 10 to 12 business days. Onysse assumes no responsibility for delivery delays caused by the carrier or customs services.

  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. LEGAL WARRANTIES

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may request an exchange or refund by contacting support at contact@onysse.com.

7. LIABILITY

Onysse cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. The effectiveness of hair care products may vary depending on the individual and hair type.

8. DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These conditions are subject to the law of the country where the company is established (or European law for EU consumers). In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
