At Onysse, we strive to deliver your favorite hair products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

UK

Europe (France, Belgium, Austria, etc.).

International (Rest of the world).

2. Delivery Times

To offer you competitive prices and high-quality products, we work directly with our production centers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK: 3 to 10 business days.

International: 10 to 12 business days.

AUSTRALIA : 3-10 days

Note: These times do not include order processing time (generally 1 to 3 business days).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your geographical location.

Tip: We offer free shipping on orders over 50$

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can then track your package directly on our website or on the carrier's website.

It may take 2 to 3 days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet these delivery times, delays may occur during peak periods (holidays, sales) or due to customs inspections beyond our control.

If you have not received your package after 20 business days, please contact us at contact@onysse.com. We will immediately open an investigation to locate your order.

6. Delivery Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Onysse cannot be held liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. In the event of a return to sender, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import taxes or customs duties may be levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
